City of Los Angeles Declares ‘BTS Week’ to Commemorate BTS Concert

BTS Week, Los Angeles Designated as a Week to Celebrate BTS Performances Experience a special celebration with the SoFi Stadium concert and red lighting across the city

The City of Los Angeles in the United States has designated September 1 through 8 as “BTS Week” to commemorate the group BTS’s concert series. The city also plans to light major public buildings in red to coincide with the performance period. BTS will hold “BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN LOS ANGELES” at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on September 1–2 and 5–6, local time. This schedule serves as the finale of the North American tour, and some performances have already sold out. At the proclamation ceremony, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass referred to BTS’s contributions to global culture and said it was meaningful to celebrate their special connection with the city. The city council also praised BTS for delivering positive messages that transcend language and culture.
