The group Cortis has once again set a massive sales record with its new mini album. On the 2nd, agency BigHit Music announced that preorders for the upcoming second mini album, ‘GREENGREEN,’ scheduled for release on the 4th, had reached 2,397,188 copies as of April 30.
With this, Cortis has already become a double millionseller even before the release of the new album. This album surpassed 1.22 million copies just 7 days after presales began, becoming a millionseller, and then continued to rapidly increase sales, recording 2.02 million preorders 18 days later.
Even after the title track ‘REDRED’ was released early on the 20th of last month, the response continued. The song rose to No. 1 on Apple Music’s ‘Today’s Top 100: Korea’ and ranked No. 103 globally and No. 1 in Korea on Spotify’s weekly charts. The agency explained that this trend shows the high level of interest in the new album.
