Actress Ahn Eunjin opened up about the casting controversy and health issues she faced during filming.
In a video released on the YouTube channel 'Yojeong Jaehyung' on the 13th, Ahn Eunjin said that the appearancerelated controversy raised early in the drama 'My Dearest' was a major burden. She recalled that the pressure was intense from the start of the project, and that she also struggled when she saw the reactions at the beginning of the broadcast.
She also revealed that during the filming of 'The Good Bad Mother,' she was diagnosed with facial palsy and Bell's palsy. She said she went to the set without properly recognizing the symptoms while filming, and later heard from the hospital that it was facial palsy. She also said she experienced the difficulty of facial swelling as a side effect of steroid treatment.
Ahn Eunjin explained that while filming 'My Dearest,' she tried to overcome the pressure by being honest about herself and actively communicating with the production team. She added that she received help on set by frequently studying the script and doing readings with the director.
