On June 13, the Hangzhou Practice Center for the Integration of Industry and Education in Embodied AI of the China Vocational Education Association was established in Qiantang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang. The center will focus on talent cultivation, technology research and development, and the transformation of achievements, promoting the coordinated development of industry and education in the field of embodied AI.
On the same day, the national onsite finals of the embodied AI track of the 9th China Vocational Education Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition also came to a close, with 32 firstprize teams selected. The organizers said they hope to use the competition platform to connect vocational colleges, technology companies, and innovation platforms, and further improve the schoolenterprise cooperation mechanism.
Relevant parties said that in the future, the practice center will promote the joint construction of training bases, facilitate the faster transition of technological achievements from R&D to industrial applications, and provide support for the development of embodied AIrelated industries.
