Chongqing recently proposed for the first time the "203060" key breakthrough system, as an important lever for promoting highquality development and building a regional center for scientific and technological innovation.
According to the Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, this system consists of "20+" strategic innovation platforms, "30+" key breakthrough directions, and "60+" major landmark achievements, emphasizing the connection and transformation among platforms, directions, and achievements.
