On the 27th, a decomposed body believed to be male was found on a beach near Yeonpo Beach in Taean County, South Chungcheong Province.
According to the Taean Coast Guard, at around 3:45 p.m. that day, a tourist discovered the body near Yeonpo Beach in Geunheungmyeon and reported it to 119 and others.
The Coast Guard has recovered the body and is working to identify the deceased, and plans to investigate the exact cause of death through an autopsy and other means.
