Shenzhen, July 28, Xinhua News Agency — He Lifeng, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, attended the opening ceremony of the 2026 APEC Ministerial Meeting on Forestry in Shenzhen that day and delivered a speech.
