Liuyang Fireworks Factory Explosion: Authorities Say Medical Resources Will Be Centralized to Treat the Injured

A press conference was held in Changsha, Hunan on May 5 to report the latest rescue progress in the explosion accident at the Liuyang fireworks factory. The press conference introduced that relevant departments will concentrate highquality medical resources to conduct individual consultations and assessments for the injured, continuously monitor changes in their condition, and dynamically adjust treatment plans based on actual circumstances to ensure that the injured receive timely treatment. At the same time, the aftermath of the accident has also been launched in parallel. Relevant parties have set up a special task force to provide onetoone coordination for each family of the deceased and injured, and have established a closedloop mechanism for collecting and handling requests, in order to advance followup resettlement and aftermath handling.
