Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, July 30 — Comrade Wang Luolin, former Vice President and Deputy Party Secretary of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, died of illness in Beijing on June 26, 2026, at the age of 88.

Public records show that Wang Luolin was born in Huanggang, Hubei, in June 1938, began working in 1960, and joined the Communist Party of China in 1978.
