The Ministry of Justice Releases Typical Administrative Reconsideration Cases Promoting the Construction of a Unified National Market

Typical cases of the construction of a unified national market, focusing on areas such as bidding and tendering, licensing, and registration See how administrative reconsideration corrects mechanical law enforcement and protects corporate rights and fair competition

On July 28, the Ministry of Justice released a batch of typical administrative reconsideration cases for advancing the building of a unified national market in depth, covering areas such as bidding and tendering, administrative licensing, real estate registration, project filing, mining permits, and reward payments. These cases centrally reflect how administrative reconsideration bodies have corrected issues such as rigid law enforcement by administrative agencies, overstepping authority, and improperly restricting the rights and interests of market entities through methods including hearings, mediation, selfcorrection, and orders to perform obligations, thereby promoting substantive resolution of disputes. The Ministry of Justice said that the relevant cases are intended to unify law enforcement standards, protect the lawful rights and interests of enterprises, safeguard a fair competition order, and provide legal guarantees for optimizing a business environment based on the rule of law and building a unified national market.
