The joint investigation headquarters of the police and prosecution, which is investigating the shortage of ballot papers in the June 3 local election, is continuing its questioning of witnesses and analysis of seized materials over the weekend.
Based on the voting records and server data secured in the raid on the National Election Commission, the joint investigation team is verifying when the shortage of ballot papers began and through what channels additional paper requests were made. It is also examining whether the NEC's response on election day was appropriate and whether there were any problems in the process of deciding to reduce the number of printed ballots.
