On the morning of July 20, Chinese Premier Li Qiang met with Thai Prime Minister Anutin, who was on a formal visit to China, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. The two sides exchanged views on topics including ChinaThailand relations, economic and trade cooperation, and regional multilateral collaboration.
Li Qiang said that China and Thailand are friendly neighbors, and the two sides are steadily deepening the building of a community with a shared future. China is willing to continue supporting the new Thai government in governing the country, promote highquality Belt and Road cooperation, accelerate the implementation of key projects such as the ChinaThailand Railway, and expand cooperation in areas such as crossborder payments, local currency settlement, trade, industry, artificial intelligence, new energy vehicles, and clean energy.
Anutin said that Thailand firmly pursues the oneChina policy and is willing to strengthen highlevel exchanges and practical cooperation with China to achieve more results in areas such as trade, investment, agriculture, connectivity, and artificial intelligence. After the talks, the two prime ministers jointly witnessed the signing of multiple cooperation documents covering trade, agriculture, customs, science and technology, AI education, aerospace, intellectual property, media, and combating transnational crime.
