Sichuan Releases a Special List for High-Level Talent to Promote the Integration of the “Four Chains”

The signing ceremony for the fourth batch of projects in 2025 under Sichuan Province's "dual call for bids and challenge posting" initiative, along with the release event for the first batch of highlevel talentspecific lists in 2026, was held on June 29 at the Science and Innovation Ecological Island in Sichuan Tianfu New Area. Through the twoway mechanism of "bringing achievements to the market and bringing enterprises to technology," the event aims to promote more efficient matching of innovation factors such as talent, technology, industry, and capital. A relevant official from the Organization Department of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee said that this mechanism is designed to promote deep integration of the innovation chain, industrial chain, talent chain, and capital chain, driving scientific research cooperation from fragmented advancement to coordinated problemsolving and improving the efficiency of achievement transformation. The first batch of lists for 2026 released on site included a total of 30 research projects, covering Sichuan's key industrial chains such as artificial intelligence, medical and health, and highend energy equipment.
