According to a report from the Shanxi Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, Huang Xianhua, former Party Secretary of Shuozhou Ceramics Vocational and Technical College, was recently placed under review and investigation for serious violations of discipline and law. The relevant handling was officially announced after approval by the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee. The notice stated that Huang Xianhua had problems including the absence of ideals and beliefs, violation of the spirit of the Central EightPoint Regulation, failure to uphold organizational principles, failure to守住 the bottom line of integrity, and infringement on the interests of the people. He also took advantage of his position to seek benefits for others in areas such as business contracting and payment settlement, and illegally accepted huge amounts of property. The Shanxi Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision stated that Huang Xianhua's conduct has constituted serious dutyrelated violations and is suspected of the crime of bribery, and that he still has not restrained himself or stopped after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
