Democratic Party revives the youth supreme council member position after 8 years

At a meeting on the 7th, the Democratic Party's National Convention Preparatory Committee decided to establish a new youth supreme councilor position and agreed to continue further discussions on the specific election method. Under the current party constitution and regulations, the Supreme Council is made up of five elected members and up to two supreme councilors appointed by the party leader. Several issues remain regarding the introduction of this system, including adjustments to the total number of Supreme Council members, allocation of appointed positions, and changes to the age 기준 for youth.
