Chinese and French Youth Carry Out Pairing Exchange Activities in Beijing

On July 31, the "Young Ambassadors of the Times" summer camp at Soong Ching Ling's Former Residence in Beijing held a pairing and exchange activity with visiting ChineseFrench teenagers. A total of 80 Chinese and French young people visited Peking University and Soong Ching Ling's Former Residence in succession, deepening mutual understanding through science and technology experiences, historical study tours, and cultural performances. At Peking University, the teenagers toured the campus environment by Weiming Lake, experienced equipment such as an intelligent ski machine and an intelligent rowing machine, and were introduced to life science content in a biology class. Several ChineseFrench teenagers said that such interactions helped them gain a more intuitive understanding of Chinese campus life and the application of technology. Afterward, the group went to Soong Ching Ling's Former Residence to learn about the history of Sun Yatsen and Soong Ching Ling promoting national rejuvenation and fostering friendship between China and foreign countries. Participants drew closer through oneonone pairing exchanges and cardgiving, and the organizers hope to continue promoting similar crosscultural exchanges in the future.
