Shindonga Construction wins first maintenance project in Bisan-dong, Anyang after exiting court receivership

Shindonga Construction has been selected as the contractor for the street housing redevelopment project in Bisandong, Anyangsi, Gyeonggi Province. This is the first redevelopment project order the company has won since completing its corporate rehabilitation procedure in October last year. This project is a smallscale redevelopment project to build two apartment buildings, 124 households, 12 officetel units, and ancillary welfare facilities in the area of 5577 Bisandong, Anyangsi. The project cost is estimated at about 50.4 billion won. Shindonga Construction plans to expand its orders by focusing on smallscale redevelopment projects, which have faster permitting and project progress than largescale reconstruction and redevelopment projects. The company said it plans to pursue differentiation by applying specialized designs from its own brand, 'Familie'.
