Binance Adds SOXL Dividend Support for Tokenized Stocks
SOXL bStock dividend payouts bring ETF cash distributions to Binance users See how Binance credits eligible holders in USDT while preserving tokenized stock value
Binance says holders of its SOXL bStock product will receive cash dividend distributions tied to the underlying Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3X Shares ETF. Eligible users will be credited in USDT to their spot accounts based on their qualifying token balance on the record date.
The change expands the utility of Binance’s tokenized stock offering by passing through financial distributions, not just price exposure. It also highlights one of the harder parts of tokenized equities: handling corporate actions in a way that mirrors the economic features of the underlying asset.
Binance noted that the dividend support does not give bStock holders the same rights as traditional shareholders. Users do not receive voting rights, proxy materials, or direct registration in the issuer’s shareholder records, even though they can still receive the economic value of the distribution.
