SpaceX shares edge higher after three-day decline
SpaceX shares rebound after a sharp selloff as investors weigh new financing moves See what drove the stock's recovery and why traders are watching the next move
SpaceX shares closed nearly 1% higher on Tuesday, ending a threeday losing streak that had erased much of the stock's early postIPO gains.
The stock briefly fell below its firsttrade price of $150 during the session, which also pushed its market value below $2 trillion before it recovered later in the day. Over the previous three trading days, shares had dropped sharply, including a 16% decline on Monday.
The company has also been active on the financing and business front, announcing a senior unsecured notes offering and disclosing $100.8 billion in cash and cash equivalents as of June 19. It also said it had signed a large computing agreement with AI startup Reflection, giving the company access to Musk's Colossus infrastructure.
