Anthropic confidentially files for U.S. IPO
Anthropic IPO filing signals a major AI market test as investor demand stays hot. See how this listing could shape AI stocks and the next wave of public debuts.
Anthropic, the U.S.based AI company behind the Claude chatbot, said Monday that it has confidentially filed for an initial public offering in the United States. The company did not disclose the size or terms of the planned listing.
The filing comes as investor interest in artificial intelligence remains high and as more large technology companies prepare for public market debuts. Anthropic most recently raised funding in late May at a reported postmoney valuation of $965 billion US.
The move could become a significant test of demand for AIrelated stocks and may add momentum to a market that has already seen several highprofile listing plans, including OpenAI and SpaceX.
