Project Redline seizure: Ontario police found $4.1M in fentanyl, cocaine See how a joint Ontario-Quebec bust dismantled trafficking networks and led to 115 charges
Ontario Provincial Police say a joint operation in Ontario and Quebec led to the seizure of about $4.1 million worth of drugs and the dismantling of several trafficking networks.
The investigation, called Project Redline, began in November 2025 and focused on activity in Cornwall, Ontario, and Montreal. Police said they identified four separate criminal networks involved in fentanyl, cocaine, and counterfeit prescription medications.
Search warrants were carried out last Thursday at homes in Cornwall and Montreal. Officers seized 20 kilograms of suspected fentanyl, 14 kilograms of suspected cocaine, and 80,000 counterfeit tablets. Police said 13 people now face a combined 115 charges. Investigators are still examining where the drugs came from and where they were headed.
