The Toronto Raptors have signed head coach Darko Rajakovic to a multiyear extension, the team announced Thursday.
Rajakovic helped Toronto finish the 202526 season with a 4636 record, a 16win improvement that earned the team the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference. The Raptors then took the Cleveland Cavaliers to seven games in the first round of the playoffs.
The terms of the extension were not disclosed. Toronto said Rajakovic's focus on player development and team culture has helped the club regain momentum after two difficult seasons.
