Stocks move in premarket trading after earnings reports

Several major stocks were active before the opening bell on Wednesday as investors reacted to quarterly earnings and updated guidance.
Biogen rose after beating Wall Street estimates on revenue and profit and lifting its fullyear adjusted EPS outlook. GE HealthCare gained after reporting adjusted quarterly earnings above expectations and reaffirming its 2026 guidance. Generac also advanced after strongerthanexpected secondquarter earnings and a maintained revenue growth outlook.
Other notable movers included Vertiv, which fell after mixed results and weaker organic revenue growth than expected, and Procter & Gamble, which declined after revenue missed analyst forecasts. Ford, Deutsche Bank, Teradyne, Manhattan Associates and several other companies also moved sharply as traders weighed results, outlooks and guidance updates.
