HP Inc. has announced plans to expand its strategic partnership with OpenAI Frontier after a set of pilots showed early results across engineering, security, customer support, and internal operations.
According to the announcement, HP began testing the platform in February 2026 and is now looking to scale AI tools across the company. The company said the rollout will support customer and partnerfacing experiences, employee productivity, software development, and telemetry reporting.
HP described Frontier as a platform that helps manage access, context, deployment, and evaluation for AI workflows. The company said it is already exploring uses in partner support, device fleet management, cybersecurity, and software delivery, while keeping governance and review controls in place.
