Toronto police have arrested and charged a 24yearold man in connection with an arson investigation tied to cars set on fire outside a Scarborough home last week.
Police said the arrest was made on Sunday and that a vehicle believed to be linked to the incident was also seized. Officers are still looking for a second suspect.
The fire happened in the driveway of Liberal MP Salma Zahid's home. The incident has drawn condemnation from several politicians, including Prime Minister Mark Carney.
