Toronto police are asking the public to help identify a man who was struck and killed by a vehicle in Forest Hill early Sunday morning.
The collision happened around 1:20 a.m. near Old Park Road and Eglinton Avenue West, according to police. Investigators say the man was crossing Eglinton Avenue when he was hit by a Honda Accord. The driver stayed at the scene, and the pedestrian was later pronounced dead.
Police have released a composite sketch and description of the victim in hopes that someone will recognize him. Anyone with information is being asked to contact police or submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers.
