Two children have died after a utility terrain vehicle rollover in northeastern British Columbia, according to Dawson Creek RCMP.
Police said they were called on June 4 to a report of a UTV crash in the 13700block of 207 Road in Pouce Coupe. Five young children were in the vehicle when the driver lost control and the UTV rolled several times over a considerable distance.
An eightyearold boy died at the scene. A sevenyearold girl, who was airlifted to hospital in critical condition, later died there. The three other children involved suffered minor injuries.
