Officials in Montreal’s Anjou borough are investigating a breach of its IT systems that has disrupted operations since Thursday. The borough said it cannot yet confirm whether personal or financial information was taken, and telephone services have also been affected. Anjou said it has put measures in place to keep services running while it works to restore normal operations. Requests and licence payments have been moved temporarily to the Anjou Montreal Access Office on Louis H. La Fontaine Blvd. The borough has also filed a complaint with Montreal police and said residents can still reach it by email or through the 311 hotline.
