Paxos launches USDG on Arbitrum

USDG on Arbitrum expands native stablecoin access and DeFi liquidity See how Paxos, Kraken, and major protocols could boost adoption

Paxos has launched its USDG stablecoin on Arbitrum, expanding the token’s availability on the Ethereum layer2 network. The rollout is part of Arbitrum’s broader effort to attract more stablecoin activity and deepen liquidity across decentralized finance applications. According to the report, USDG is now natively issued on Arbitrum One and will connect with protocols such as Fluid, Morpho, GMX, and Maple. Kraken will support deposits and withdrawals, while Stargate will help move the asset between Arbitrum and other blockchains. ArbitrumDAO has also received a proposal to make USDG growth a strategic priority and to allocate 100 million ARB in incentives to support adoption. The network currently holds about $4 billion in stablecoins, and USDG has roughly $3.09 billion in circulation, based on DeFiLlama data.
