Kalshi partners with Comply on prediction market compliance

Kalshi compliance tools help firms monitor employee prediction market trades Track event-contract activity and reduce MNPI risk with institutional-grade oversight

Kalshi said it will partner with compliance technology firm Comply to help companies monitor employee trading activity on prediction markets. The announcement was made on Tuesday as the eventcontract exchange continues trying to win over institutional clients. Comply, which serves more than 5,000 mostly financial firms, will add Kalshi trade data to its regulatory software. The goal is to give employers visibility into employee trades on event contracts and help them enforce internal policies and avoid the use of material nonpublic information. The partnership expands on Kalshi’s earlier compliance work with StarCompliance and follows broader efforts by the company to make prediction markets easier for firms to adopt. Kalshi executives said many institutions already expect surveillance tools similar to those used in traditional securities and digital assets markets.
