OpenAI Academy Adds Three New AI Courses for Workplace Learning

OpenAI has launched three new Academy courses aimed at helping organizations use AI more effectively at work. The courses — AI Foundations, Applied AI Foundations, and Agents and Workflows — are designed to move learners from basic AI concepts to repeatable workflows and agentassisted tasks. The company says the program is meant to shorten the gap between AI deployment and practical value by giving employees a shared learning path. OpenAI is also working with partners such as BCG, Accenture, and BBVA to support adoption and daytoday use in business settings. Learners who finish a course receive a completion certificate, which organizations can use to recognize participation and encourage internal knowledge sharing. OpenAI said the Academy will continue to evolve alongside its products and add new learning paths over time.
