Justin Trudeau and Katy Perry appear together at Tribeca premiere

Katy Perry and former Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau appeared together on the red carpet at New York’s Tribeca Film Festival on Monday night, where they attended the premiere of Perry’s concert film, Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour – Live from Paris. The pair were photographed embracing and standing closely together as they arrived for the event. Perry wore a white halter gown with rose details, while Trudeau wore a black suit with an opencollar white shirt. Trudeau also spoke briefly to reporters, saying he had watched Perry’s show several times and was looking forward to seeing it with fresh eyes. The two were first linked publicly in July and have since been seen together at several events. Trudeau stepped down as prime minister in March 2025.
