Kraken Users Can Register for Ōura IPO Access Through xStocks
Kraken xStocks opens Ōura IPO interest registration for eligible users worldwide Signal interest now, get tokenized exposure to Ōura’s Nasdaq debut if it lists
Kraken’s parent company, Payward Services, has opened nonbinding interest registration for Ōura’s planned IPO through its xStocks ecosystem. The process lets eligible users signal interest ahead of Ōura’s expected Nasdaq listing, but it does not guarantee shares or an allocation.
According to the report, users in more than 110 countries who meet eligibility requirements can participate through Kraken and other xStocks Alliance partners. Payward said Ōura would be the fourth company to go through its IPO Access pipeline this year, following SpaceX, Bending Spoons and Jersey Mike’s.
If the listing goes ahead, Ōura is expected to be tokenized as ŌURAx on the first day of trading. The product would represent tokenized exposure to the newly public company and extend Kraken’s push to combine crypto trading with tokenized stocks, while still remaining subject to regulatory and jurisdictional limits.
