Uniswap Proposes Extending Protocol Fees to Arc

Uniswap fee system expansion on Arc links network usage to UNI burns See how the proposal could extend protocol fees across v2, v3, v4 and UniswapX

Uniswap Labs has proposed expanding its protocol fee system to Arc, Circle’s Layer 1 blockchain, where Uniswap v2, v3, v4 and UniswapX are already live. If approved, fees collected on Arc would flow into the broader UNI burn mechanism used across other supported networks. The proposal would enable protocol fees on Uniswap v2, v3 and v4 deployments on Arc and route them through TokenJar contracts. Users who claim the fees would do so by burning UNI, linking network usage to the token’s burn process. The change is still under governance review. A temperaturecheck vote is open from September 18 to September 23, and any approval would be followed by an onchain vote before implementation.
