After-hours stock movers: Ford, Teradyne, Seagate and more jump on earnings See which companies beat, missed, or raised guidance to find the biggest market moves

Several major U.S. stocks moved sharply in afterhours trading on Tuesday after companies reported quarterly results and updated their outlooks. Ford rose after secondquarter adjusted earnings beat expectations and the automaker raised its 2026 profit outlook, even though automotive revenue came in slightly below estimates. Teradyne also gained after its earnings, revenue and thirdquarter forecasts topped Wall Street views. Seagate climbed on a strongerthanexpected outlook, while Manhattan Associates advanced after beating estimates and lifting its fullyear forecasts. Other stocks moved lower following weaker guidance or results. CoStar fell after revenue missed expectations and its currentquarter outlook came in below forecasts. KLA Corp, Visa, Varonis Systems, PPG Industries, NXP Semiconductors and Skyworks Solutions also declined after results or guidance failed to fully meet market expectations. Rocky Brands and Mondelez posted gains after stronger quarterly performance.
