Endava embeds AI agents across software delivery

Endava AI strategy: see how the company embeds agents and OpenAI in workflows Discover how enterprise AI is speeding delivery, boosting teams, and cutting manual work

Endava, a global technology services company, is expanding the use of AI across its business, with a focus on redesigning software delivery around agents and incorporating AI into everyday workflows. In an interview with CTO Matthew Cloke, the company said it made OpenAI its enterprise AI platform and rolled out tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise and Codex across its workforce. Endava has used AI in software engineering, planning, legal research, reporting, and internal operations, aiming to speed up work that previously relied on manual coordination. The company says the shift is not just about adding new software, but about changing how teams work and how leaders encourage experimentation. Endava, which has about 11,000 employees globally, views the next stage of enterprise AI as combining models, agents, workflows, and human expertise into connected systems.
