Peel Regional Police say an 18yearold woman has been charged with attempted murder after a 17yearold boy was stabbed on a transit bus in Mississauga, Ontario. Officers were called to the area of Waitline Avenue and Hurontario Street at about 1:50 a.m. on Tuesday. Police said the teenager was found with a stab wound and was taken to hospital after receiving emergency care at the scene. Investigators said the two people know each other. The accused remains in custody and is facing additional charges of assault with a weapon and obstructing a peace officer.
