The case involves Issaïh Jünger, 18, who died in hospital after being shot twice on a porch near Lansdowne Avenue and Bloor Street W. on Feb. 6, 2024, according to police and court records.
An agreed statement of facts says the shooting followed a dispute over stolen property and that the accused, who was a youth at the time, took part in the confrontation but did not fire the shots.
