BTIG highlights top stock picks for the second half of 2026

BTIG stock picks highlight 55 names as breadth improves beyond tech See standout ideas in financials, healthcare, industrials and cybersecurity

BTIG has identified 55 large and smallcap stocks as its preferred names for the second half of 2026, according to a Wednesday note from chief market technician Jonathan Krinsky. The firm said market breadth has been improving, with financials, healthcare, industrials and biotech showing strength after a techled rebound earlier in the year. Among the names highlighted were On Holding, Palo Alto Networks and Capital One Financial. BTIG analyst Janine Stichter said On Holding stands out as a growth story in retail, while Gray Powell argued that Palo Alto Networks still has room to benefit from its broad cybersecurity offering. Vincent Caintic said Capital One could benefit from integration gains tied to its acquisitions and from future revenue and margin improvements. BTIG also warned that the highly concentrated trade in largecap tech, including semiconductors and AIrelated names, could face more pressure if recent rotation into other sectors continues.
