JPMorgan Chase has promoted Doug Petno and Troy Rohrbaugh to copresidents, effective immediately, according to a regulatory filing released Thursday. The move is part of CEO Jamie Dimon’s succession planning. Petno and Rohrbaugh have led the bank’s Commercial & Investment Bank together since early 2024. As part of the reshuffle, Petno will become the sole CEO of the Commercial & Investment Bank. Rohrbaugh will take over as CEO of Consumer & Community Banking, replacing Marianne Lake, who is retiring.
