Bitcoin bull market confirmed, but $90K may bring profit-taking
Bitcoin onchain signals hint at a new bull market as price clears key support Watch the $88K-$90K zone for profit taking and ETF-fueled momentum
CryptoQuant says Bitcoin’s latest onchain signals point to the start of a new bull market, while also warning that the $88,000 to $90,000 range could bring stronger selling from traders looking to lock in gains.
The analysis highlights Bitcoin’s recovery above its 365day moving average near $80,500 as an important technical and onchain signal. It also points to the realized price for holders active over the past one to three months, with the upper profittaking band near $90,300 acting as a likely resistance area.
CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju said future Bitcoin cycles may become less extreme as institutional ownership grows and market participation broadens. The report also noted that US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $1.7 billion in net inflows in the first two days of the week, adding to recent support for the market.
