Anthropic invites public questions about AI
Anthropic asks hard AI questions to surface public concerns on jobs and society See how it plans to answer them and track its public-benefit mission
Anthropic has launched a new initiative asking people to submit their hardest questions about artificial intelligence, including its impact on jobs, families, science, medicine, and society.
The company says the effort is meant to better understand public concerns and hopes around AI while tracking the steps it takes to support its public benefit mission. Anthropic says it has already gathered feedback through large surveys, user interviews, focus groups, and research on realworld Claude usage.
The company also says it will publicly report how it responds to these questions and be transparent about where it falls short of its goals. A website has been set up for people to view questions from others and share their own.
