A Torontoarea Chinese language tutor has been charged with sexual assault and sexual interference involving a minor, York Regional Police said.
Police said a 16yearold reported on July 22 that the tutor had touched them inappropriately during lessons on several occasions, with the first incident allegedly taking place in January.
Yang Fu Luo, 51, of Toronto, was arrested the same day and faces two counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual interference. Investigators said there may be other victims and released his photo in case anyone else comes forward.
