Fyxer builds an AI executive assistant with OpenAI models

Fyxer has developed an AI executive assistant designed to help professionals manage email and other work across inboxes, meetings, messages, and apps. The company says the system uses OpenAI models together with more than 500,000 hours of executive assistant workflow data to draft replies in each user’s voice and keep track of context. The startup, based in Europe and the UK, breaks email handling into many smaller tasks rather than treating it as one generation problem. Separate models decide whether a message needs a reply, identify intent, retrieve relevant memory, and generate a draft that fits the user’s tone and situation. Fyxer also trains on user feedback and evaluates changes through A/B testing. According to the company, 53% of AIgenerated drafts are accepted as written, and more than 90% of users are still active after 90 days. In 2025, Fyxer says its annual recurring revenue grew from $1 million to $32 million.
