Man dies after assault in Hamilton in May
Hamilton assault death: Police seek suspect after fatal head injury near Wentworth Family asks privacy as investigators work to identify the attacker and gather tips
Hamilton police say a man has died after an assault that took place on May 31 near Wentworth Street North and Bristol Street.
Police said officers found the man with a serious head injury when they arrived at the scene. He was taken to hospital, where he remained until his death on Thursday.
Investigators are still searching for a suspect described as having a medium build and last seen wearing a white Tshirt, white shorts, and a white bucketstyle hat. The man’s family asked that his identity not be made public.
