NVIDIA BioNeMo integrates with Anthropic Claude Science
Claude Science BioNeMo integration speeds genomics, proteomics, and AI research Use natural language to launch NVIDIA-powered workflows and move from prompt to results
Anthropic has added NVIDIA’s BioNeMo Agent Toolkit to Claude Science, a public beta research workbench designed for scientific workflows. The integration lets researchers use natural language to trigger computeheavy tasks in areas such as genomics, proteomics, cheminformatics, and clinical research.
According to the article, the toolkit exposes NVIDIAaccelerated models, libraries, and NIM microservices as callable capabilities inside Claude Science. This is intended to reduce manual setup work and help scientists move from a research prompt to execution more quickly.
The piece highlights examples such as genomic analysis, protein structure prediction, and molecular binder design, along with faster singlecell and cheminformatics pipelines. It also notes that the toolkit remains open and can be used across different agent frameworks, while Anthropic is collecting feedback during the beta phase.
