op-batcher v1.17.0 adds Glamsterdam support and AltDA limits for OP Stack chains Update now to keep batch submission compliant and avoid disruption for operators

Optimism has released opbatcher v1.17.0 and says the update is required for operators running its batcher infrastructure. The batcher helps OP Stack chains submit Layer 2 transaction data to Layer 1. The new release adds compatibility with Ethereum’s Glamsterdam upgrade, includes securityrelated changes, and introduces configurable AltDA limits for data availability settings. It also removes one structuredlog field. For most users, the update should be invisible, but infrastructure operators are expected to install it so the batching system continues to meet protocol requirements.
