Sandwich chain Jersey Mike’s has filed for an initial public offering and plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker JMKE. In its filing, the company said samestore sales rose 50% cumulatively from 2020 through 2025. For 2025, samestore sales increased 3%, while annual system sales reached $4.3 billion, up 13% from the prior year. The company reported net income of $55 million on revenue of $724 million in 2025, compared with net income of $5 million on revenue of $653 million in 2024. Jersey Mike’s now has nearly 3,300 locations, most of them franchised, and remains the secondlargest hoagie chain in the U.S. behind Subway.
