Singular Bank uses ChatGPT and Codex to speed up private banking work

Singularity by Singular Bank speeds portfolio analysis, meeting prep, and follow-up Save 60–90 minutes a day with traceable, compliant outputs for better client advice

Singular Bank, a private bank based in Madrid, has introduced an internal assistant called Singularity that uses ChatGPT and Codex to support bankers with portfolio analysis, meeting preparation, and followup communication. According to OpenAI, the system helps staff review client portfolios in real time, identify issues such as concentration risk or imbalance, and prepare compliant materials more quickly. The bank says bankers save about 60 to 90 minutes a day, with some tasks dropping from minutes to seconds. The tool is integrated with the bank’s internal systems so outputs are structured and traceable, which the company says supports more reliable reporting and regulatory compliance. Singular Bank says the goal is to let bankers spend less time on manual preparation and more time advising clients.
