AllUnity launches MiCA-regulated USD stablecoin USDAU
USDAU stablecoin expands AllUnity’s MiCA-regulated dollar liquidity in Europe Support cross-border payments and global trade with launch on major blockchains
AllUnity has launched USDAU, a new US dollarpegged stablecoin that expands the company’s MiCAregulated digital asset lineup in Europe.
The token is designed to maintain a 1:1 value with the US dollar using segregated reserves and will launch on several blockchains, including Ethereum, Solana, Base, Tempo, Arc and Polygon.
AllUnity already issues euro, Swiss franc and Swedish kronabacked stablecoins. The company said USDAU is intended to give European businesses access to dollar liquidity for crossborder payments and global trade while keeping the product within Europe’s regulatory framework.
The launch comes amid broader debate in Europe over the growing dominance of dollarbacked stablecoins, which make up the vast majority of the global stablecoin market.
